The Kirby Police House Watch program is designed to provide peace of mind to Kirby residents while they are away from home for extended periods of time. Employees of the Kirby Police Department will physically check each registered house during a resident’s absence. Information provided by the resident makes it possible to contact them, or their designated key holder, in the event that the residence may need attention. The House Watch Program provides an overall increase in police presence around homes during a resident’s time away.
